For those who shop online, please be aware when shop at KHOLS.com.
I bought a denim short-pants online on May 24,2010 using my American Express credit card, and received the package on June 1,2010. Unfortunately, it was a little big for me so I wanted to exchange to a smaller size but they did not have it in store.
So, I decided to return it.

I went to the store (June/3) to return it (complete with the original packing, invoice, tags still attached) and asked the customer service to refund back to my credit card. However, the customer service said she would only give me the store credit instead. I asked her why, because I had everything in the package, and it's not over 30days yet (although their policy does not mention what the maximum days you can return the items). She said she did not why and gave me the number to call.

Then, I went home and called the number she gave me. The customer service who answered my call said to me that : " It's Khol's policy "
I said ..wait a minute...then, I read to her the return policy at Khols.com :

Then, she said, if you want to get your money back, then, you have to mail it to return it, and of course, the shipping is under my cost. That is ridiculous!
Don't they understand their OWN RETURN POLICY ??

I know it's not a lot of money for a denim short-pants, but, my POINT is Khols.com really has a BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE (OR POLICY??).
They are NOT CONSISTENT with their OWN RETURN POLICY!!
So, please be aware to all online shoppers when you shop Khols.com.
