Khosrow Sadeghian dba Kamy Investments Amy Sadeghian Rental ripoff! Sanger Texas

My daughter, son-in-law, and 2 friends were interested in a first rental. They found a home in Sanger Texas that was owned by Kamy Investments. The property manager first took them to a rental that had no copper left in the home. The property manager decided to show them a second home. This one was being repaired. When they came back to tour today, it was discovered that the foundation was broken and vegetation was growing into the home. The property manager then took them to a 3rd property that was to cost them more. They liked it. So, they placed a deposit and a $500 payment to "take the home off of the market". When we saw the picture of the home and heard the price that they wanted for a cash sale or owner finance we knew that there was a problem.

The roof was in dismal shape. The home had other major problems. So, we did some background checking. Koz (as he calls himself) has dozens of complaints and lawsuits dating back to around 2012 for exactly this business practice. They promise to repair things before you move in and somehow it never happens. If you ask for your money back, the staff or Koz will make a big stink and try to force you to remain committed to living in a home that the city would deem uninhabitable. This man needs to be run out of business and all people damaged by his practices should receive their money back and damages. We are contacting a former judge in Denton County and will be collecting contributors to a class action suit against this company and Sadeghian.
