Khumo Tires Misrepresenting tires California

The Khumo Tire Company has two tires with different compositions being sold as the same product. The KH 25 SOLUS 215/55R/17 tire is sold by the part number 2116043. According to Khumo, they made this tire and specifically marketed it to Hyundai for OE with 2 steel belts, 2 polyester belts, 1 nylon belt and a 2 ply polyester sidewall. The tires you purchase anywhere else from dealerships or marketers have the same part number, the name Khumo and KH25 are molded into the tire exactly the same, they are listed as OE for certain vehicles and yet... They have 2 steel belts, 1 polyester belt, 1 nylon belt and 1 ply polyester sidewalls. They had at one time made a better tire (whether for Hyundai OE or not) they are selling a less superior tire with the same model name and part number as though it were the same but the tire components are different. I find this very deceptive!
