Kia Corporation Transmission out Shrewsbury Massachusetts

I have a Kia Optima.  2010.  At purchase there was 1400 miles on the transmission.  Several months ago car began violently jerking when dropping into 20 miles per hour/2nd gear. Brought it to a reputable auto repair.  They told us the seals that went from the transmission to the wheel axles in th front end needed to b replaced.  The seals came from the kia dealership and failed as we rode out of the repair shops parking lot.  We had paid 200.00 for the repair so the repair shop kept it.  When all was said and done those seals were replaced three times and noe the transmission needs to br replaced.  I spoke with Kia in Shrewsbury and of course warranty was over and they would not honor repairs not done there.  I am financef and paying 467.68 a month for this car that now sits in my driveway because a brand new or rebuild is going to cost 1, 700.00 - 2, 200.00.  After working for 30 years I lost my job in January and am surviving on unemployment benefits right now.  I don't have the money to fix it.  We are a one car family and stuck with all this debt and no vehicle.  We did some research and found data from folks who have or are currently having similar problems with the transmissions.  Kia's corporaye office did nothing.  I am currently lost really don't know what to do.  This report is being filed to advise others "Do Not Buy Kia"!  Read all you can about them and you will see why.
