I returned a Kia Optima lease car and was charged for two tires and they claim the car was damaged me. because I returned prior to the 3 years lease I was charged 455 for the tires and damage. The car only had 27,000 miles on a 2014 year when I returned the car I had the tires inspected and the car did not have any damage. They sent me a picture of the return car but I have no protection but to have to pay it. The customer service department will not try to help out and after checking with the dealership they also advised me that other clients were charges for tires . They sell these cars and make a lot of money plus over charges they customers . I was advised if I purchase anyone KIA there would be not charges for the tires and damage. (Which the car did not have any damage when I returned)
