KIa of union city They do no do what they say,they are ruining my credit by not doing them job Union City Georgia

 I have bough my 2013 kia optima hybrid on kia of union city on the 23 Aug 2013 ,  and i have traded my 2013 toyota pruis .

Now here is the the problem , kia on union was suppose to pay off my toyota and get me financed with kia motor, but what happen is they never paid off my car as they have promised , niether had my file processed , nor i had my tag done and today is the 19 of sep already.

I decided to call kia finance to check why they have not sent any bills for me to pay, they told me that im not in the system and i have never bought any car from Kia, also i had toyota calling asking me why i have not paid my car and they are charging me interest too, i called you dealership for 3 days in the row and all what i get is a run around and very one i speak too they claim they will fix the problem and call me back which they never do, and i will have to call back again and again . I'm in a military duty mission which make it hard for me to get to the dealership and speak with them because i'm in an other state , when i signed the the contract they told me that my payment will be on 21 of sep which is after tomorow. can any one help
