Kiddie Academy Pam Carter-Barmore Once I shared my concerns with Pam Carter-Barmore; the Director, of the Charlottesville Kiddie Academy about Unprofessionalism, Safety of Students, and Disrespect to Me by Staff. She started being rude to me herself. Charlottesville Virginia

I had noticed that Staff Member; Courtney Maupin’s Usage of Profanity in front of Students and Myself. Jayme Crawford and C. Maupin were Yelling at Me, and Students. They both Grabbed Students by Their Arms. No Accident Reports written by J. Crawford or C. Maupin Twice, when I witnessed the injuries. No discipline to Male Students for hurting another Male Student. I realized that neither of these Staff Members in Leadership are not licensed. Pam started Bullying, and Badgering Me by directing my Special Need Student in different ways. For example, we can’t visit other Classroom anymore. We can’t go in the Motor Skilled Room until 5:00 anymore. Nor am I able to talk to Staff Members. On Monday; October 26, 2015, the Thomas Jefferson Health Department visited Center the Kiddie Academy. Pam Carter-Barmore told Owner; Tom, this morning about everything, so Tom then called my Employer; Katia Allen, and I am not allowed to enter Charlottesville Kiddie Academy to work with her Special Need Daughter. If any other Agencies contacts Kiddie Academy, then I will be the One accused. It seems that if anyone shares concerns with the Director, she starts Getting Revenge on them by Removal out of Building.
