kids creations beware of returns or if you are not 100% satisified olathe- kansas city, Kansas

We had decided to purchase a Trampoline for our children. My husband did alot of research  in trying to find a safe and reliable one. He came across one that was being sold by Kids Creations. We had bought a playset from them in the past, with no problem. My husband decided that the Spring FreeTrampoline that they were selling was the best one for us. So my husband contacted the store in regards to the Spring FreeTrampoline and the store he had called did not have any in stock but there other location did. So my husband went there and purchased the Spring Free Trampoline and during that transaction my husband noticed the sales lady to be rude and she would not help my husband load it into our van and also she had no time to help him. The sales woman at the Kansas City location by Worlds of Fun told my huisband that she had other customers and she would not be able to help my husband load the boxes into out vehicle so my husband had to leave all of the boxes and load everything separately after purchasing the $1600 trampoline.   We found a area in our backyard to put it. So we installed it and our children jumped on it a few times and said that they did not like it.

So we went to the Kids Creations website and checked out their return policy and I quote, if not satisified to return for a refund. So on 6-7-2010 I called and spoke with Mark and he said that only was for the swingsets and that himself or Gordon would be calling me back. I also needed to mention that on their website there is nothing about the return policy only being valid for the swingsets and not their trampolines I then went on to tell him about the no boxes and receipt issue and his exact words were that the store did not open up till 10am and that he was doing busy work and that he needed both his hands and could not speak with me any longer. Also they were in a big hurry to sell us the equipment. BUYERS BEWARE!
