Kids.com Childrens Modeling Scam Lynbrook New York

After receiving a letter in the mail stating that my child had been brought to their attention, I called and set up an appointment. I signed my daughter up in January of 2006 at my daughter's "interview" with Lee Bodenmiller. Mr. Bodenmiller told us our daughter was beautiful and that he was sure there would be a lot of interest in her. A few days later we received a letter welcoming us the their "family", signed by L. Bagwell. I took her for her photos every 6 months as directed. The last time she had photos taken was the summer of 2007. We never received another letter since that time. Since then, their phone number has been disconnected and the website is no longer available. My daughter never received any work or possibility of work from this company. I will be filing a lawsuit against Kids.com to recover the $595 I invested.
