Kids.com Ripped Me off. Help ME!!!! Minneapolis Minnesota

Hello, I am writing in regards of being ripped off by kids.com in Minneapolis, MN. I found out about kids.com on the internet and called Tony Gray and told him I was interested in getting my daughter into modeling. He then set up a date and time for him to see my daughter Kiyarra. The first time date he set up we didnt show up. So he called us and asked why we didnt show up. So then we called again and set up another time and date. We then went to the appointment and had a interview with him. He told us my daughter had the features to go far in the modeling industry and told us we had to pay 595.00 for one time only for five years and that was all we had to pay. He showed us pictures of other models that he worked with. He kept pressuring her mom and I and said trust me it worth it in the end. So like some people we paid seperate payments. The first payment we had to pay up front which was 250.00 cash on January 26,2007 and then they took out 173.00 on February. 26, 2007 on my discover card and then 172.00 on March. 26,2007 from my discover card also, which i have the reciepts. He then gave us the number to the photo shoot place called "Peek a Boo" in Edina, MN, and he said we would go every six months there and pay $20.00 just for the sitting fee. After we left and we set up an appointment with Stephanie the photographer at Peek a Boo Studio and we then went and got pictures taken of our daughter. It has been almost over a year and Kids.com ha not contacted us. I then tried to call them and they have closed down and when you call the number it gives us a different number to call. So i tried calling the number which was 612-920-3323 there was no answer and the answerintg machine said tony gray modeling industry. I left a message two months ago and still no call back. So i really need help in getting my money back. I would apreciate every help that i can get. I am 19 years old and her mom is 17 years old our daughter Kiyarra is 21 months. Please help!!
