We too were sucked in by Kids.com.. We paid the $595 in installments as well. My husband and I both did some research before we actually signed her up, but it seems we were duped.
It has been 2 years now of a 7 year contract and we have yet to receive a call. I thought for a while that they didn't have the correct phone number, but remembered that we did indeed give them a cell number that hasn't changed in 6 years that they could contact at any time.
I just wish I had found this out long before we wasted that $595.. On the up side, the photographer they suggested is awesome. Very friendly and takes amazing pictures and has worked out well. I didn't take my daughter to her last photo shoot because I felt it was just a waste of time. Good thing I didn't.. I'd be out another $20.
I would like to know how to get my money back...
