We as business need to make sure she does not get work or a job.

She spends her free time at home and time at work on Yelp distroying businesses because she feels so little about herself that this is the only way she can feel validated.  This is a serious personality issue that can be disruptive to you or your company.  

Also, businesses who know the real name of yelpers need to share their name with other businesses and need to unite to attack the yelper, the yelpers family who own businesses, etc., until the yelpers account is closed or they are fired.
