Kim Burge Better Business Bureau of the Soutland, Inc. Racist, Accepts False Claims Documented to Be Untrue on a Clean Record Business Colton, California

My name is Robert Rowe president of Custom ChopperWerks, Inc.. I filed a complaint with the California Better Business Bureau regarding a Curtis Brown of Tycoon Group and Curtis Brown USA, LLC. For the record, Manser is Curtis Brown. Curtis Brown thinks by using aliases he can pose under numerous aliases as a supporter of Curtis Brown and the businesses Curtis Brown owns which are Tycoon Group, LLC (now out of business) and Curtis Brown USA, LLC.

If you search the name Curtis Brown on The Rip Off Report you will see several complaints against Curtis Brown from people that bank wired money ($5,000.00) across state lines to Curtis Brown as up front fees for a loan (which is illegal). These people never received the loan but Curtis Brown kept their money anyway. Curtis Brown makes fraudulent claims trying to induce innocent victims to send him money. I have filed complaints with federal and state prosecutors, Securities and Exchange Commission, California Better Business Bureau, Florida BPR, and recently FNRA. There are now numerous investigations taking place in regards to Curtis Brown's unethical conduct. I am waiting for federal prosecutors to file charges against Curtis Brown at this time.

For Curtis Brown to now attack Ms. Kim Burge for doing her job is outrageous. When I filed my complaint regarding Curtis Brown I found Ms. Burge to be very candid, neutral (unbiased), extremely courteous and professional. Ms. Burge mentioned several times in our conversations she and the Ca. BBB must remain neutral and unbiased on all complaints as the Ca. BBB always attempts to resolve complaints if possible. At no time in my conversations with Ms. Burge did she ever make a derogatory remark about Curtis Brown. The truth is I made enough derogatory remarks about Curtis Brown for a room full of people because quite frankly I consider Curtis Brown a dirt bag. Curtis Brown of Tycoon Group, LLC and Curtis Brown USA, LLC have financially hurt his clients that trusted him and Curtis Brown betrayed that trust. Curtis Brown preys on these unsuspecting people. If his victims file a complaint, Curtis Brown tries to extort or intimidate them. This Curtis Brown tactic hasn't worked very well for Curtis Brown in regards to me.

The truth is as soon as Curtis Brown became aware I was seeking criminal charges against him, Curtis Brown closed his business Tycoon Group, LLC and left Beverly Hills. Ca. because Curtis Brown had been exposed as a fraud for everyone to see. The alleged office he claimed in Beverly Hills was essentially a sham. It was what they now call a "virtual office" which just gives an address so that scam artists can claim they have this elaborate office in the high rent district. However, you can rent a virtual office for as low as $60.00 per month.

After Curtis Brown closed his business, all Ms. Burge did was accurately report that fact. Curtis Brown also failed to respond to my complaint simply because Curtis Brown had no defense. When Curtis Brown failed to respond to my complaint Ms. Burge accurately reported that fact. Bottom line ? Ms. Kim Burge did her job and performed it well. Ms. Burge did nothing wrong as Curtis Brown using the name Manser alleges and Ms. Burge is certainly not a racist (NOT EVEN CLOSE). Curtis Brown's (Manser's) allegations against Ms. Burge are outrageous and quite frankly flat out lies.

What Curtis Brown (Manser) is really upset about is now that it's known that Curtis Brown has closed his business Tycoon Group, LLC and skipped town, Curtis Brown can't reinvent himself under the new business name Curtis Brown USA, LLC and start from scratch scamming people.

Curtis Brown USA, LLC ? Geeeeez, what a corny name. Curtis (Manser) why didn't you just go all the way and call your new business Curtis Brown Captain America, LLC. ? 
 
Curtis Brown Manser, for you to now attack the California Better Business Bureau claiming they are conspiring against you has exposed your IQ. If I had to bet between Curtis Brown and a cockroach as to who had the highest IQ......my money is on the bug.

Ms. Kim Burge, all I can say to you is "well done". Keep up the good work.
