Kim Paul Negus ripoff, stole, lied Montreal Canada

I met Mr. Negus through a message forum of a mutual autosurf program. He contacted me and asked me if I'd be interested in working for him with his online venture - an investment program. I figured I didn't have anything to lose but my time. Once he gained my trust, however, I stupidly invested money into his program. I paid him via paypal.

The program did not perform as expected and Mr. Negus informed me that he would be processing refunds. He told me I needed to file a dispute with Paypal to retrieve mine. Right then and there I knew something was fishy because I am a paypal merchant and I have processed refunds quite easily without requiring my buyers to file a dispute.

I didn't like the idea of filing a dispute but I went ahead as Kim Negus instructed me to do. I never heard a word back from Mr. Negus, and a few days later paypal sent me an email telling me that they could not recover my refund because the account was empty.

Mr. Negus is a liar and a thief. My gut didn't feel right about him from the start but I ignored it thinking I may have just been cynical.

Apparently Mr. Negus trolls message forums quite often in search of victims, as he has been banned from forums before for this type of behavior.

If Mr. Negus contacts you... put him on ignore.
