Someone or some entity is fraudulently using KIMBELL OPERATING COMPANY'S name and identity to issue counterfeit and fraudulent checks to unsuspecting people. This scam (so far) has used several incarnations: Windsor Employment Agency and SurveyPro.
KIMBELL OPERATING COMPANY is a long time oil and gas producer. Oil and gas royalty disbursements are the ONLY legitimate checks drawn on the account in question. Please be aware that Kimbell Operating Company, in conjunction with its bank (Chase), has placed a fraud alert on all of its bank accounts to avoid victimization by these thieves.
ANY non-royalty checks are to be regarded as counterfeit and worthless.
