Kimberley Gail Bond has gone by aliases such as Kimberley Gail Maez, Kimberley Gail Yrigoyen. While working at CNB Bank in El Paso TX as a loan underwriter, she used the SSN of another party to co-sign on a promissory note. A copy of the note was sent by State National Bank who now owns CNB, and they clearly show that NO Senior Bank official signed the note, nor was a notary there and present to take an official picture ID. Then going by Mrs. Kimberley G. Yrigoyen, she defaulted on the loan thus destroying credit of the other party.

Another notice for info has been sent to HR Person Michelle Tripp at the Sunland Park office on NM Texas border. The Loan Officer who forged the document and sent it for approval now goes by KIMBERLEY GAIL BOND and works in the Mortgage offices of K. Hovnanian Company at 1800 S Australia Av #400 West Palm Beach FL 33409. I seriously question anyone's info being safe if that's how this person conducts business. Be careful if you have mortgage papers there, because it is personally known to me by confirmation from Kim Bond herself that she has PERSONAL INFORMATION ON CLIENTS AT HER RESIDENCE! Her home computer also accesses the K Hovnanian main computers when she is at home. This is COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL and if she is telling the truth about this and anyone doing business with K.Hov needs to be aware.

I would personally like Kimberley Bond to come forward and be honest about her ID theft and provide me with the documentation I've asked her for. I wanted payment statements on this account and when she defaulted. I also want to know how she kept the bank from contacting me to alert me this was in default so I knew my credit was going to be destroyed. I would also like damages in the full amount of the loan that I DID NOT SIGN FOR. I would like State National Bank to admit that the company they merged with had and still has lax security issues. Given that Kim Bond has witnesses to confirm this I will add: She took off not only delinquent in 3 -4 months mortgage to the landlord of a home she rented--she cleaned out the bank account where her husband's money was, which was his half of the mortgage payment, thus walking with around $3,000 cash leaving a senior citizen landlord nearly losing his home to the bank. FINANCIAL COMPANIES DON'T KNOW ABOUT SOMEONE'S BACKGROUND IF THEY DON'T HAVE A POLICE RECORD--so beware. A Police Report is already filed in El Paso TX about the State National Bank issue and we are still awaiting Kim Bond to come forward with the truth.
