Kimberly Credit Counseling KCCS Took the money and ran West Palm Beach, Florida

I am now very disappointed in Kimberly Credit. They did a great job of getting me on track since i signed on with them years ago. Everything was on schedule to be paid off within the next 14 months. Then, Without notice, they went out of business sending the accounts over to another firm that rejected them because They were mismanaged in the previous months leading up to the change. So the creditors were not paid at all and there is no sight of the money that was collected from me during that time. It would seem that KCCS took the money and ran. The new company that i am involved with has so far been actively trying to correct the situation. MDMA is working hard to get me back on track but the other day I found that the fallout from KCCS dismal failure is not their own but rather mine as well. My credit is worse now then before I started the program years ago. I have been working really hard to get my credit score up over the years and to see it turn into shambles is really frustrating to say the least. Proper notice should have been given by KCCS and was not. 

The unfair nature of this experience has had me feeling greatly betrayed like a person seeking healing only to be faced with the bitterness of further damage. I have asked for a No Fault letter from them as I had money removed from my checking account every payday without interuption and yet I am accused of being late by my creditors. They have not responded and so I am frustrated on how to Proceed.
