Kimberly Dawn Carty FRAUD AND DECEIT Sacramento , California

Kimberly Dawn Carty would aptly be described as a "black widow" spider. After getting to know her now estranged husband, Rich Rifkin, and New Home Building Supply and Learning Center through LinkedIn, I felt comfortable with New Home's business plan and Rich's progress with investors. This was over a period of several months two years ago. I was approached by Kim to give New Home a short term promissory note for $20,000 as they were a month in arrears for the building /office rental.
The interest rate was set and shares in New Home were executed. I was assured that they had ample receivables but that they were late in coming, etc. and new that sales were, in fact, being made. End of story from her point of view, I believe. She never paid me and has even lied in court documents that she is paying me.

Please, please avoid this person like the Bubonic Plague! yes, I could go on and on and on but suffice to say: "Stay away!"

I am not the first and from what I've gleaned, there is $1.25 MILLION in fraud that she is currently being charged by multiple jurisdictions. she's a very smart crook who is very, very capable of snaring the unsuspecting. Hence, she is truly a "black widow" spider.
