Kimi Kouture Horrible cheap products! They asks for custom measurments and things are poorly made Houston Texas

Kimi Kouture has really disappointed me. To look on their website you would lthink they have sexy high quality clothing. Well let me tell you that is not the case! I sent in my custom measurements per their request thinking the items would arrive as on their site and boy was I wrong. The body suit of one outfit was way too big and another dress arrived looking just cheap, too big and poorly made. I could not believe it. It looks nothing like the dress on the site. My friends were all like...WHAT IS THAT! I am so furious and disappointed. I waited 5 and 6 weeks on these orders only to be pissed off at them when they arrived. Now lets talk about their customer service...UGH! They adhere and respond to only select emails. They had the audacity to tell me my bodysuit was an easy fix so they would credit me 7$ and I should go to my neighborhood tailor and have then fix it. Who says or does that??? Needless to say, I never saw the 7$ credited to my account and when I wrote to her on Instagram and to their email address about the last dress, I was pretty angry so I let them know that this item was poor, very poor. You think they reached out to say what can we do to make this right? NO! They just ignored me because they have my money now and I am stuck with items I cant do a darn thing with because I would not be seen anywhere in them! They have a no money back or no exhange policy because the items are "custom" but they should at least try and make things right with thier consumers in some sort of way. I am telling you, do not buy from this company! You will be disappointed in the customer service, the sizing and the quality of the product!
