As the Principal Broker of Sandwich Isles Realty and a Realtor since 2000, I have never been more appalled at what I am reading.  This is clearly some angry, internet troll looking to tarnish my stellar reputation.

A simple search of my name will pull up a much more realstic and reputable review site (i.e. Yelp) with currently 12 five-star reviews: yelp.com/biz/kimo-smigielski-sandwich-isles-realty-honolulu

I would also dare to say, where is the proof in this statement?  There is no evidence and I would be happy to give anyone full access to my email, phone log and text chat which date back to 2005 (thank you Gmail and Apple) to show I have nothing to hide.

I am NOT a racist, we live in Hawaii, how the hell can you be racist here?  I am not even WHITE, I am a mix of Thai and Polish.  Queue up the Polak jokes.  I myself am a minority being Asian American in the United States.  So let's start with that.  Let's start with the fact that I have friends of every background, social status, sexual orientation (my marketing director is a gay male) and work with clients from around the globe.  

Second, let's look at some facts.  I DO NOT handle vacation rentals in the price range that was mentioned.  I only handle vacation rentals in Kahala Beach (starting at $5,000 plus taxes/fees per month), the Canterbury Place in Waikiki (starting at $5,000 plus taxes/fees per month) and two residential homes starting at $14,000 plus taxes/fees per month.

Nothing in my inventory even comes close to what this person/troll is talking about.  

Third, I repeatedly refer inquiries off to OTHER brokerages that handle a larger pool of vacation rental properties than I do.  I'm happy to refer them to Elite Vacation Rentals, Trinity Properties, Captain Cook Resorts, Ali'i Beach Rentals or Gold Coast Real Estate.  Vacation rentals is a small portion of my business.  In 2017 my residential sales volume was $18 million in sales, that is my true passion and focus.

Lastly, just look at how this "report" was written, the sheer syntax of this shows that it was generated by a bot that simply cut/paste my name into a script.  I quote, "KIMO SMIGIELSKI was that other agent. He called me a salesperson loving punjabi and a f***ing f*****. "  Let's look at why just my name is CAPITALIZED when in a sentence, almost as if it was inserted into a troll-generated script?  Second, what sort of insult is a "salesperson loving..."?  Why would I call someone a salesperson?  That is a generic keyword used to identify a Realtor in most cases, again, showing that this was generated by a troll into a script to post online.

In summary, this website is a fraud as is this post.  It allows anyone to publicly lie and pass that off as a "review" and doesn't allow the truth to come out nor allow me to get this clearly fake post removed. 

That's fine though, it's amusing to me.  See, this is what a real review would be written like by a non-robot troll.  Real sentences that make sense.
