KIM'S FLORIST Ordered flowers wife birthday,never came, called company, no response, email company, no response Irvine,California Nationwide

On 7-14-16 I went online to get phone numbers of local florists. I picked one but it wanted me to order online. So I thought why not! So I filled out the order put in my credit card number made sure it would be delivered on same day and I was charged $ 57.81 So we had my wife party ,no flowers, then dinner, no flowers, then it was 7:00pm , nothing! Then it was 8:00pm I knew then that they weren't coming!

So I began to email and call and NO RESPONSE! These people do not answer the phone! They do not answer you're emails! So the next day I got back on my computer and ask for phone number of all florists in my area. So I started calling until I got the right one! I said, do you do work for KIM'S FLORIST, she said no, I thanked her and went to next one. But by accident I called her again. Then she said, oh, I do have a cancellation pile, let me look. A few minutes later, I have one for a Joseph Smith, I said well that's me!! Oh I know what happened, KIM'S FLORIST asked us to make up the flowers, and deliver for $ 43.00 but that didn't meet our requirements!!! So we cancelled it! She said KIM'S FLORIST then cancelled it too!!! But nobody bothered to let me know !!

Later that day ( 7-15-16 ) I had to go to doctor, on freeway, I check my email and there was a note, from KIM'S FLORIST it just said money refunded! Not how much, not sorry NO NOTHING! I saw some other complaints about this company and these people said just because they say they refunded your money doesn't mean they did! I saw a man in TEXAS 1200 miles away from California had same thing with this company!

So Tuesday we are supposed to contact our credit card company and they said they should be able to get our money back!  I hope someone can put a STOP to these RIPOFF ARTISTS!
