First of all,  KinderCare charges the parents WAY too much for the quality of car ethe kids get.  The food they serve is horrible and the kids get such small portions that they are hungry all day.  I was a teacher their and we would ask for more food for our growing children and they would not have any more to give us.  The kids would complain about being hungry all the time.

Second, the teachers would ask for supplies to do the curriculum we were required to do, but they would not buy us the materials needed.  Parents are paying for their children to get a Preschool education, but the teachers do not have the supplies to teach what they are suppose to teach.  we would ask for the needed material and they would say no.

The teachers are undereducated and not qualified.  I worked there and I had a 4 year college degree, but I worked with a few different people that had disabilities.  These people could not even read and they could barely write.  I have no personal issues with these people and I support them having a job, but not where there are children that need to learn. 

The teachers are very unpaid and over worked!!  We sometimes got a raise only once a year.  My last raise what 0.10 cents and after that we didn't get a raise for two years. 

The compnay fires great teachers for innocent mistakes that were out of the teachers control.  For example a child ran off, out of a room where there were 24 4 year olds and the two teachers were fired.  They were fired because a child decided to run out of a room.  It was out of their control.  But then there are employees who have been accused of inapropriately touching a child on several different times.  That person is still employed.  You ask why?  Becaus eshe is one of the employees with a mental disability.  So I guess it's ok for them to touch children inappropriately and still work there, but it's not ok for the good teachers to make a simple innocent mistake.

The company is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILDREN TO A KINDERCARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
