- These guys try to milk you for everything they can. $$$ is their obsession.

- They will do unecessary work and try to sell you on a service agreement.

- Their intent and focus is not what the consume needs, it's $$$.

If they feel that they cannot extract any more money from you, they will trow one last thing at you. Your unit needs replacement (lower mergin proposition). My advice, especially if you are dealing from far away, DO NOT PAY THEM until the work is done.

I paid them a couple of weeks ago, not only have they not started the work, they had the balls to ask for more money!!! Lee Senseman trows that request in the same sentence as your check has cleared my bank. What a gangster!!!

 It was agreed that the replacement would be credited with one of the works that was supossedly done. I have done 3 service calls to get to this point. When I hear someone say my professional opinion is "the a/c has to change" I don't think it's professional to come to that conclusion while you are charging the client thousands of dollars.

Now that they have my money they want to shake me down for more money. They want me to spend time on them negotiating new terms. My pet peeve is the lack of consideration for my time. As a paying customer, I do not expect to put in additional labor AFTER I HAVE ALREADY PAID. My basic question is, who is going to compesate me for my frustration and my time.

If you value your time, as I do, this is one company you want to stay away from.
