Kinettix Harry Montiel Harry Montiel Hired me to do a job then did not pay me for my time Cincinnati Ohio

I was hired throught  Work Market to do a job at Macy's I was givin a 2 hour budget. Here are the notes I reported. 

Arrived onsite and waited 45 minutes for Yvette to arrive at work at 8:45. She had no idea where the cameras were or which cameras were to be replaced. She looked in multiple locations and finally found the cameras at 9:21am. I contacted support and notified Dominique we had found the cameras. He did not know what the location of the cameras were that needed to be replaced. The ceiling is a 10 ft drop ceiling and the cameras are mounted on the ceiling tile. Yvette said they had a tall ladder "somewhere". Dominique said I would need to go around to each of the 14 cameras and he would tell me when he could not see me. This is going to take much more time than was budgeted with only 30 minutes left to find which 3 it was and go find a ladder. The store is open and customers are in the store. This job needs to be done when customers are not walking around under me shopping and I am removing tile 10 feet up in the air taking a camera off and mounting another.I advised Yvette we will need to reschedule this installation for another day. She wanted it done now and wanted to me to call Dominique and hand her my phone. I advised her I cannot do that. He does not do the scheduling and he is there for my support only.

This woman was rude the entire time after after arriving 45 minutes late to work . She was texting while walking around trying to locate where the cameras were and talking to store employees with no respect to my time. I explained I only had a 2 hour budget and this cannot be done in 30 minutes because I have to work with support to determine the location of the cameras then get the ladder and switch out the camera. There is a liability doing this while shoppers are in the store shopping. I have seen them stand right under someone almost as if they are hoping you drop something so they can sue somebody.
