Reportedly Sergio Ivanovich via KinFan (HK) LImited, in Hong Kong, was going to provide a loan in two stages of US$2.5 million and then US$7.5 million for a 7 year term for a green technology company. Among other various requirements was a requirement was to provide about US$15,000 at closing in Madrid, Spain, in CASH. We were told to provide various typical loan data and when we advised that we were going to bring our local attorney to the closing being controlled by their notary representative DTB Finance Solutions LTD, headed by Donald Branson (President) and supported by Ben Foster their alleged on the ground representative in Madrid who was to walk us through the Ministry of Finance in Spain.

Hello Mr B Azzalino, Can you please provide an update on your experience with KinFan? You had initially filed a report and then half heatedly retracted the complaint. Was your loan funded? Were you treated professionally by KinFan? Did you pay any upfront insurance costs? I have a friend in your position and am a little skeptical. Thanks for your update! Regards, Martin Short

I am the author of this original report and I am advised by KinFan (HK) Limited that our experience was as a result of a miscommunication rather than of intent and that they do desire to close the proposed financing. If the lfinancing is closed then I will provide a full retraction of my comments as well as offer a public apology. Honest business parties resolve miscommunication in a straight forward and honest manner - this seems to be the intent of KinFan, which is most encouraging. BAzzalino, Newport Beach, CA
