King Of Swords ,Millenium Empire, Takes your money and refuses to send merchandise, then will not issue a refund! Marietta Georgia

My husband placed an order on February 23, 2008. He used his debit card to pay for it and checked the terms carefully - the shipping information claimed it would be there within a week or two.

He inquired about the status of his order a few weeks later and was told it was held up in customs. We gave them a few more chances, and finally on May 26 he cancelled his order. A couple of polite inquiries later, on June 17 we were told the refund was being processed by their accounting department. On July 1 we emailed AGAIN and asked about the refund.

This time the company blatantly refused to respond to our email, so we filed with the Better Business Bureau on July 10. That didn't do any good as they ignored the complaint and the BBB closed the case on August 5 as "unresolved".

We will be filing with the Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs this week and hope that will force a resolution.

DO NOT order through this fraudulent company. If you want to get ripped off, order from King of Swords!

(I've seen the same merchandise with the same stock photos and graphics for sale on eBay as well, and the seller has a terrible feedback rating - I suspect it's the same guy because it's the same type of complaints. So buyer beware!)
