First off I call King Quality to get an estimate for some new windows in May of 2011. They sent out a man named fast Fred. Should of know. Fred then gave me a price and we agreed on it and said someone will be out next day to install windows. Well three days later someone can out and did the worst job that I and my new neighbors have seen. They only did have of the house because they said they had another call to go to. They came back 1 week later to finish the house.
Needless to say they never finished the first half. After a few more phone calls to fast Fred he sent someone out to fix the problems. After a few months my wife and I have noticed the windows were not sealed properly and the sizes of the window was actually smaller then the old windows. We have been trying to get someone out here to fix the problem, especially now it's been so call and there is a draft coming in on every window.
To define that is 16 windows and 2 bay windows. Last time I heard from fast Fred in Nov of 2011 he was suppose to be sending someone out. It is now Feb and still waiting. I am getting oil delivery once a month now because of this company and I am paying out the roof. I over payed on the windows and now over paying on oil. Should of realized Fast Fred and King Quality was not the company to do business with
