kingdom medical company worked on power wheel chair and left it with me in an incomplete and dangerous condition lawton okla

I called them to change safety wheels and make my chair higher. they left a part of chair making it impossible to safely manuver.   I called company within minutes to come back  and take care of damages they did to chair.   I wa stold by office that there was no way they did that.  The next day they came back and said I took a piece off my chair.   They looked all under my couches saying that I took the piece off.  That would have been impossible for me to do.   The man that came out and the people at the store were terrible rude and deceptive.  I tried to use the chair after they broke it and got trapped under my desk.  I had to lift the chair to get away from it.   This was a horribledexperience.   The new safety wheels they put on were defective and crumbled off the next day.  Medicaid paid  them already for the outrageous thing that they did to my chair.   I asked medicare not to pay them..  This is a dangerous company and should never be trusted by anyone.
