I purchased a Portable Air Conditioner from Kingersons recently. They have a number of websites, www.kingersons.com, www.summeracsale.com, www.portableacsale.com, but they all are the same site. I spoke with a Joshua Kinger and he assured me that the portable air conditioner I expressed interest in was a great machine and would adequately cool a 200 sq ft room.
Well, it was a piece of garbage and not worth $5, let alone $400. His site claims 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but when I called him back to tell him I wished to return the machine, he cursed at me and called me a stupid mexican! He said only an idiot would believe a manufacturer's description and that he would not refund my money or accept my return, as the machine had been in the home of a SPIC.
I couldn't believe my ears. I told him I would dispute the charge with the credit card company and all he did was threaten to harass me if I did. Once I charged back the purchased, I began receiving calls at all hours of the night and vicious email threats from an email address I did not recognize. I know it was Joshua and Kingersons.
Stay away from these people. They are nuts!

Personal Experience With Kingersons

I am a 63 yr old women and I don't know much about mini split air conditioners. I checked lot of websites online but never did get enough information. But finally I landed on Kingersons website. And this website surprised me. So much useful information for me to read. It explained me about the air conditioners in details and how they are installed. I could not decide on what size of air conditioner I would need for my room, so I called them with few questions and very professionally they helped me finding the right air conditioner. I called and spoke to one of their sales rep and he took time to explain and understand my situation at the same time. Finally I was convinced this company is the one, I purchased the product from them friday and it came within 5 days next thursday. They sent tracking number to me for me to track it. Unit arrived in great condition, sealed in box and that was satisfactory. I finally got a local air conditioner company to come and install the unit and it has been 2 months since I installed it and unit is working great. I am happy I found Kingersons! I for sure will recommend them to my entire family and friends!

I'm not sure what others are talking about. I purchased a product from Kingersons. Joshua helped me decide the right AC and I received it on time. The air conditioner works great. Kingersons is also registered with BBB and they are a very reputed company. I have already recommended my freinds to this website and will come back in future to buy buy more.

This report is such a lie. There is no company in the world that would make Race remarks like mentioned in this report. We don't know who this person is. Could be a competitor. But all that is reported is false.
How can a company threat a customer? How can you expect us to make calls to this person throughout the night, as if we had no other business and we had hours of free time on our hands.
We would be stupid enough to send harrasment emails anyone and get sued for it.
In short whoever wrote this report has exhagerated beyond limits. This report should be taken off immidiately.
