On March 20th 2018, Dustin Miller aka D-Loc, put a picture on the popular social media platform instagram that his band the Kottonmouth Kings had reunited and recorded a new album called Kingdom Come and that there were several pre-order bundles up for sale. You could order just the new cd or bundles that included clothing, hats, stickers, etc.  He stated that the preorders started on March 20th 2018 and that all orders would be shipped by April 20th, 2018.  There have been numerous attempts at contacting him for 2 months to find out where the products are and there is no response.  I have tried contacting him via instagram, the websites contact form and by e-mail to which I and many others have received no response.  It has been 2 months and 1 day since the orders were supposed to have shipped. I have filed a complaint with paypal and so far he has not responded to that complaint either.  I think his company needs to be held liable and owe an explanation to the people whose money he has stolen.
