Kings County Family Court Civil Rights Violaters Brooklyn NY

I am a concerned citizen, and felt compelled about the story of the case pending in the Eastern District Court of NY where these individuals are depriving the father Gilbert Martinez his rights to his child. After viewing the transcripts to the family proceedings its not hard to tell that these court justices are engaged in a conspiracy against him . I dont see how any federal court can allow a judge to deprive any one their child ,they should be ashamed of them selves for participating in violating Federal Constitution. I personally have seen that court do similar things to other people that were unable to fight for their rights.

Additionally, I dont see how the Federal court can conspire with the Family Court to trial offenses alleged in another state when the Supreme court has repeatedly ruled that judges/court personnel that "act without jurisdiction violate their oath to office."US v. Will 449 U.S. 200,216,101 St.Ct.471,661.Ed.2d,392406(1980)

I have read all of the treanscripts and I cant believe how this judge trampeled all over his civil rights and am discusted with the federal court for being complicit with these acts.
