Kirk Landers Landers Nursery and Landscaping Landscaper is a liability Davie Florida

I looked on the internet for a landscaping referral.  I called Kirk Landers of Landers Nursery & Landscaping. 

 Mr. Landers came to my home late on Sunday afternoon on October 26, 2014.  He provided an estimate for $4991.00 and requested half of that amount for a deposit.  I gave him only $750.00 and expressed my concern that the estimate was too high.  He agreed to come down $491.00 and left out some shrubs.

 After careful consideration, on October 29, 2014 at 11 am, less than 72 hours after Mr. Landers was at my home, I cancelled as I felt it was too much money for too little service.  On both the office answering machine and his cell phone, I have yet to speak to Mr. Landers.  I requested my refund and as of this date (12/28/14) have not yet received it.
