Karsten Kennedy I have never had conversations about the things of a personal nature with this individual, nor have I ever murdered anyone. If I was a threat to anyone, I wouldn't be a free man. Most importantly, this fella threatened me, as you can see he's of a violent nature, by telling people a gym that I used to use, opposed to being clean about it. I'm in the field every day dealing with the public and always will be. I've been knocking doors since I was 9 years old and around people all day. Clearly, these are all civil issues, pertaining to contracts. I do not have an assault, threat, or violent conviction, nor have I ever. The individual is trying to cite things he knows nothing about, furthermore: he's referring to conviction regarding an event in which I tried to take a weapon from someone, and the conviction holds recklessly, causing a firearm to discharge during a struggle. There is no intent or knowledge to that, as the indictment clearly shows it has been waived, including no finding of use of a deadly weapon and the day before we were to pick the jury. The night before we were picking the jury, the prosecutor sent my lawyer to relay the prosecutor's offer, as Texas abolished involuntary manslaughter, prior to this incident. I never denied trying to take the weapon away, as I was trying to stop someone from getting hurt, and I'm the one whom daughters an ambulance immediately. I've never released a statement about this incident nor about any of these ripoff reports because I'm not superficial, and have an established reputation, and don't care to have superficial people around me. I've seen a lot. Most importantly, I never stop signing more contracts despite these reports, because everyone can see that I care, and that's how I signed these contracts to begin with. Thank you for the public's understanding toward me while I had vertigo from a car wreck at 50mph, and severe sinus infections from pollen from touching roofs all day, that stalled things out.
