Kis Golf, Inc. closed their Grapevine, TX facility less than two weeks after we signed a contract and a week before they filed for bankruptcy. We did not receive all of our clubs or any other benefit. They also managed to open an account with GE Money Bank in my name without my permission or knowledge.

Anyone experiencing similar problems, especially at the Grapevine Mills Mall facility is encouraged to contact me at jplsail@earthlink.net. I have retained an attorney and have already contacted the Grapevine Police Department, the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office and other interested organizations. I intent to push this matter as far as I possibly can through both civil and criminal courts.

Obviously, I can not afford the attorney fees that are within the means of KiS Golf, Inc so I welcome any victim of this swindle to join me in this matter -- at any level of participation. The more of us willing to challenge this scam and make our stories known, the better chance we all have of getting something out of this company other than heartburn. Others have already contacted me from cities in TX, GA and TN.

If anyone feels that KiS Golf opened an account with GE Money Bank under any but the most aboveboard methods, we really would like to hear your story. Hopefully, GE Money Bank is a victim of some portion of this farce and not a willing participant.

I would especially like to hear from Ken and Jennifer, former employees at the Grapevine facility. I would like to think they were duped as much as I and I would like to spare them from being named in the upcoming lawsuit. But only if they are willing to voluntarily come forward and talk to me off the record and convince me they were not knowingly accomplices in this fraudulent charade.

Ken/Jennifer, if you read this please get in contact with me and let's discuss what happened. You both struck me as being intelligent enough that you probably realize the odds of Kis Golf protecting you in any way are not good.

Dyess Maritime Consultants (some of whom's members were caught in this scam) is coordinating a list of those who wish to identify with this movement.

I am in no way wanting to take up for KiS Golf and I am owed alot of money and have been swindled with the rest of ya. But, be fair, you are wrong on this simulator package price as far as the store that I worked at goes.

Go to the P3 Pro site, select the package on the right and build a package, then select birdie package, projector pack, tiger woods, closest to the pin, long drive, hole in one, desert dunes, video capture (no camera) and this unit was installed. That is what you would have gotten if you would have purchased a simulator at our store, coming to $5809.91 and I'm sure the rest of the money would cover the install. This is the package we sold at our store and we would install it. If this is not what you got then yes you got ripped off but if you would have bought this thru our store, pretty good deal.

The following is a website that sells p3pro swing like kis used and sold to its members at a "discount" for $6000.00

The package they sold was the birdie package- $2995.oo on this site, and this is no discount site either, they are making a profit at that price.
