Goods ordered have not been shipped. The seller was contacted by email before any transaction was agreed and he confirmed to have the articles in stock. Upon the sellers reply I placed an order online. Until then the communication was excellent. After placing the order and paying, the seller did simply no longer respond anymore to any attempt to contact him regarding the status of my order (after almost a month of waiting). I offered several email-addresses and a telephone number. No response!!!!

Only when I sent an email from a different PC acting as a new customer, the seller replied immediately to the request. When I in return revealed my real identity the seller again refused to respond. This was the moment it became clear to me that I am dealing here with fraud. I felt fooled and saw no other way but to claim my money back a.s.a.p. Paypal could however not retrieve it as the account it went to was stripped bare.

This online store will clearly not sell you anything but hot air and make believe, then gladly take your money and act like they have disappeared from the face of the earth if you have any questions, complaints or warranty issues.

BIG WARNING! If you buy from this store you might as well go and burn your cash immediately. The result wil be the same: No goods delivered and money gone!!!

Devon, I never received any money from you. Not a penny.and you know that! As I have stated before: If you did pay back, as you claim you havewhy can you not produce ANY proof for that statement ???? No receipt, no note of transaction.nothing????

Furthermore you can at any time contact me directly via mail, phoneand whatnot. Because I am a real person.just like you are a real liar! The only thing you have done so far is to make sure that you constantly try to fix your reputation online. That is the only thing you are concerned about. You have not ever given any direct response to me, although I have really, really tried to get hold of you!!!!!!

Instead of getting in touch with me and REALLY try to get this thing resolved, you sell stories about alleged cheques, you have sent.alleged refunds you have done through paypal..and now the best..that I am not even a real person! So, what am I then ? Im not Santa, that is for sure! Want me to be your own personal boogey man? Well, I am really willing to grant that wish and will make sure again that my story of your fraud gets posted ALL over the web. As a matter of fact, I am such a real person that another one of your victims (she posted her rip-off report under the name Jolie) had no trouble getting in touch with me. How come, you cant????

You have not been shut down because I am a customer outside of the U.S., who has paid through Paypal. Paypal has not done anything to retrieve the money. They have taken my complaint, confirmed to me that it was legit, tried to retrieve the money from you account and .as the account was (off course) cleared they have then done .NOTHING! Case closed, bad luck for you customer. Weve tried(once) and did not succeed .Solve the problem yourself now! I have consequently had quite a legal battle with Paypal. They are hiding behind their terms and conditions which consequently lead to the point that they eventually do not have to do anything for you as a customer if things like this happen. Their protection is a farce, when you legally shine a light on it. There is no customer protection. Learning this has again cost me quite some money.

As I am not situated in the U.S. my possibilities to take legal steps against you are quite limited and will lead to even higher costs. You probably knew this all along and that is why you stole my money while you eventually decided to give a refund to U.S. residents (who would be able to take legal action against you). THAT IS WHY YOU ARE STILL NOT SHUT DOWN, though you are a thief.

I think this story answers all you questions posted!!!!

So, maybe U.S. citizens might order from you, eventually running the risk having to take legal action against you, if they do not receive any mechandise. International customers like me can however better burn their money or give it to a good causebecause you will steal it, and there is almost nothing they can do about it. The only thing I can continue to do is to WARN people. And so I will !!! I have a social responsibility to do so. Youll find more stories about your little business online soon. Alternatively you could also try for once to really resolve this matter directly with me. I am more than happy to repair your good name.that is.if you have ever had any!!!!

I did all I am willing to do with you, I refuse to read your smart remarks & 
lies any more.

Say what you want I can't stop you.
If I was such a fraud & rip off one would think I would choose to rip people off on Higher Priced items don't you think?  

If I was such a fraud & rip off why are the sites still functioning? 
If I was such a fraud & rip off Why am I not shut down?
If I was such a fraud & rip off Why are sales still being made & people are happily receiving there orders? 
If I was such a fraud & rip off Why aren't there TONS OF NEW COMMENTS about me?

I'm sure you have read the few people that were affected were all paid, & one like yourself, still feels it necessary to try and trash the sites and my name as you are trying to do.

I guess you can't make everyone happy. 

So Warn Away... but you will not be getting anymore money out of me.

Dear Devon,

you might try to make up your mind what the actual final version of your story is going to be. First you allegedly sent me a cheque, which (what a surprise) I never received!
(You might still want to check for that one in your sock drawer, as I have suggested before) Now you allegedly refunded me through Paypal. Well, what a surprise again, I received back on my account exactly 0 $ !!!! Actually I have spend most of 2009 fighting with Paypal as they persistently claimed they could not refund me more than that, as they could not retrieve it from your account.

So, you might wanna check with Paypal then what happened with your refund to me....as I did not get it !!!!!!

As far as the status of my business with you is concerned: kiteskiteskites.com is still scamming me out of my money. It IS a ripoff !!!!!

And by the way: Please feel free to contact me via my email-address (which you 've got) if you really want to resolve something.

All you have done so far is trying to convince people online how bona-fide your little business is. I hope they are not buying it !!!! That is why I continue doing this.
And trust me, I really have got better things to do. But I feel obliged to warn people!!!

I'm not sure what your problem is now. I sent you the Money Order & last time I checked it was cashed back in early 09. Paypal seems to have also refunded your money for the order so what exactly is your dilemma now?

The site kiteskiteskites has been offline since it crashed in 08. Now the site is 
strictly selling items from Amazon so not sure how I'm ripping people off since I'm not even shipping the products.

You have your money & from what I believe is twice now.
Find a new hobby & kindly leave me alone.

Sometimes things happen, you've been refunded so what more do you want?

NO Kites, no money...just a scam!!!

Almost two years after Devon mazure and his kiteskiteskites.com blatently stole my money and no help from the 'fantastic' Paypal whatshowever, I am still left a victim of this thieving crook. So people, be warned to buy from this site!


As for me, I am now taking this matter up again. I still want my money back.  So, Devon, I'll be getting to you pretty soon!

I have contacted YOU recently and YOU never replied. I do receive emails from any other person but you, so there is definately nothing wrong with my mail-account. There is rather something wrong with you and the story about an alleged refund you keep on posting on the web. As far as I have experienced: YOU did not send me anything, neither do you have to. As I have stated before: YOU HAVE TO REFUND THROUGH PAYPAL!!!!!!!!! If you really have sent a check as you have stated, better start looking for it for I did not get anything!!!!! I suggest you start looking in your check book or in a drawer at your home, you are very likely to find it there!!!!! You can't really tell me or anyone else that you have sent a check without any insurance or whatever.


YOU are selling nothing but lies here!!!!! Where is any proof that you did anything at all!!!! Come on, prove it !!!!!! Show me and the others who might read this, that you are not a FRAUD. I'd be really, realkly, really surprised if you can. But go ahead and baffle me for once!


Want my email again, so you can send me NO mail again???? hansi.j@tiscali.nl (don't you know it by heart yet???) By the way, no spam-filter there, so do not state that kind of lie on the web either, okay!!!

So, go ahead ...and probably post more lies!!!! I am really the last one not to file a rebuttal, if you really finally do any of the things you claim to have done.

I've done all I can to resolve this with you & if you insist on claiming you never received anything there is nothing I can do other than know in my heart & mind that you were refunded.

If you would like to keep trying to put down our business I suppose I cannot stop you from doing so.

come on, whom do you think you are kidding? My email-adress is very well known to you. But just because it's you, here once more: hansi.j@tiscali.nl.
You can get hold of me any time IF YOU REALLY WANT TO!!!!!!!!

Furthermore, I have not received any refunds, checks or whatever and as a matter of fact you only have to refund to Paypal as, after my contacts with them, they are eagerly awaiting you to return the money. (At least, that was the final status reported to me).

So, if you really want to refund to me, it's really quite simple, isn't it?????

Otherwise, I can only continue to warn anyone to buy from kiteskiteskites!!!!!

I sent a refundin the form of a Money Order to your address some time ago & it never came back so I assumed everything was fine until this page was brought to my attention.

At this point I am out 133.85 plus the $13.85 I spent to send it back to you and the cost of the Money Order.

I will be happy to get this resolved with you if you contact me.

There is nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing positive to be stated about kiteskiteskites.com. Devon Mazure is a criminal that kept his online store running in order to rip even more people off. It is all a very big FRAUD!!!!
Months have passed and I never received any goods (which would also have surprised me as I have found out that the manufacturer is not even producing them yet) nor have I ever gotten my money back.
It beats me however how it can be that even the "mighty" Paypal cannot get the money back from someone whose real address can be easily found online. Also a victim and want your money back? Go to 109 S Avenida Lysanne in Anaheim. There you should (according to the Anaheim Business net) find Devon Mazure, the one who took it!

Aftermath of the story

I have to be fair and state this: Up until recently this seller was obviously running his online store just fine. There is an immaculate record of him as seller on ebay (Account closed in may 2008). It seems however the store got in real trouble just before I placed my order (just my luck in life again) and it now looks like the online store will soon no longer exist.

This explains all that has happened to some extent, but it is nevertheless no excuse for taking my order, taking my money and refusing to explain to me what is going on.

I thought it was not more than fair to mention that this seller seemed to be a decent businessman once. My recommendation not to buy from this store however is still valid as it is completely unclear what will happen to this online store and it is very likely going to seize to exist! I do not want others to get into trouble and lose money just like me.
