Stupidly purchased from the manufactor.

First, other online distributors of the Kittywalk System, charge less per item and some offer free shipping.  Do not purchase from Kittywalk.com!!!

After receiving products from Kittywalk.com, I realized that I did not have enough room for all of the products and wanted to return a piece.  So I called Kittywalk.com during their business hours and was told that no one was there and to call back on the following business day, and not to do anything with the merchandise.

So I wrote an email and would follow-up on the next business day.  An hour later Kittywalk.com man calls and explains that they have to charge a 25% restocking fee because no one will want the item with an old Fed Ex sticker on the carton. When I objected, male caller started yelling and then hung up on me.

The item I was returning cost $211.00, which means the restocking fee would be $53.00, because of the Fed Ex stickers on the outside carton.

As far as the products, they are good, but not worth the price.

But if you are considering the Kittywalk products, buy them, but not from kittywalk.com.  Buy them from another distributor, they charge less and offer free shipping.
