I am so happy to see that Taylor has decided to post publicly about her so-called pity party.  And get folks who truly don't know what the hell is going on to comment on this.  Oh please girl. Your bi-polar is showing. I am not the one. And I told you that.

PLEASE!!!  This could have been resolved if she would have just paid me.  But she chose to explicitly tell me she was not going to pay me back.  All because I asked for it.  I have documentation.  

BUT  I am SOOOO glad just because she has a sob story and is getting everyone to kiss her a* crack others think they know what the situation is.   Folks love a good drama story.  And she has fulfilled that for many today.  Ya know, I filed this a while ago.  And all of a sudden rebuttals are popping up.  Not from HER, but from others that truly do not know the situation.  

Let's make one thing clear. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT NONE OF Y'ALL.  Seriously. I have good people in my world and they ain't y'all.  LOL. 

BUT I do care about my money and the fact that someone (aka Kiva aka Taylor aka whatever her name was before) is playing games.  We NEVER (let's say this again. NEVER) agreed on paid rehearsals.  She is not THAT good for that. LMAO!  But I did agree to pay her for the performance.  

I have receipts. I have proof. This is between me and her, not me, her, and her pack of blind a* followers.  I have ZERO time for this.  

Now, there were 2 people that offered to mediate the two of us. She refused.  So this is what I have to do. I have no reason to lie.  TRUST.  I have better ways I'd like to spend my time than on this. UGH!!!  But here I am, so here it is.  

If Kiva/Taylor/Elaine/Rene, wants to resolve this I have no problem in sending receipts and having her wire me the money. But wait, she already refused.  So on to the next step. 

And y'all can keep believing her pity party, sob story, oh poor me BS.  She is R.E.A.L.L.Y. good at playing victim.  Like a pro. Man, she has skills at being the victim.  

I refused to be bullied by a bunch of fools who rather engage in drama rumors and feed the attention seeker (aka Taylor).  I have a family to raise and a life to live.  And so many more imporant things to do than deal with this.  

NOW, if she would like to give me prove that she told me about her rehearsal rates (laughable) and I agreed to pay them, then great.  I'll kindly apologize.  Otherwise, STFU if you aren't in it and stay in your lane. 

The way she acted when she lost AZ EOY is the TRUE Kiva.  The spoil, snotty little brat who thinks she's too good for anyone and looks down her nose at people.  THAT is the true person.. The one who called the winner of that pageant names and COMPLETELY belittled her.  She was on speaker phone when she was saying all that.  MANY people heard when I was at nationals. 

Again, I have ZERO reason to lie about this.  My time of valuable and I do not want to spend it on this. 

 First, Kiva has not changed her name because of being on ripoff report. Her name has changed because she got married. She has also used stage names, which is common in entertainment. Secondly, do you have receipts for the $515 you have spent? No! Because the airline ticket was only $360. You say she owes you for food, hotel, costume and gas. She didn't use food, gas or hotel and your other dancers stayed with other people. So, why does she owe for things you never paid for? Lastly, you NEVER had a contract, so I'm not sure how you can say she owes you anything and you never paid her for rehearsals. Sounds like a wash to me. She was nice enough to pay you $200 originally.

 What kind of person lies about someone like that? What happened in your life to make you so jealous of people? How dare you try yo ruin someone like this? Please get the help you need! You're obviously not stable and need to be commitetd. It's ok, your time has come and gone. Let's let those with REAL talent shine. Your OLD NEWS and everyone is tired of your crazy a**! Be a mother to your kid and stop trying to ruin lives. YOUR NOBODY AND NEVER WILL BE!

Kiva has a history of this. She has owned past dance studios and model organizaitons.  There are other rip off reports about her on here.  Just look her up.  She refused to take care of her business, has a reputation for bad mouthing other performers who 'don't meet her standards' and is known as a 'stuck up' person.  I can assure you the person who typed this rebuttal knows nothing of the situation.  This matter is currently being taken care of legally.  Taylor/Kiva has changed her name several times BECAUSE she has a history of doing things like this.  Why change your name if you dont' have anything to hide???  She may be a good performer, but she is a horrible person to do business with.  

 Having worked with Taylor Rene on several occasions over the years I can tell you that she is nothing if not professional. The individual who filed this complaint has a tendency to not pay her bills, is extremely emotionally unstable, and enjoys creating drama in her city of residence (Phoenix). Taylor Rene is known as dependable, running her businesses professionally. I would gladly recommend Taylor rene as a dance instructor, choreographer, and entertainer.
