Kiwi Kraze franchise business operated by Ari Psisopedas from Toronto and Mark Weibe from London, Ontario is nothing to buy into. You will lose your money, your home, your dignity and hundreds of thousands of dollars!
The two talk about how much money the franchises are making. Fact is, none of their franchises are making money, not even the flagship store owned by Mark in London! Franchisees refuse to talk numbers and money. Why, because they are all bleeding money and lots of it.
Ask them for audited statements to prove what they are saying and they cannot produce them! Ask any of the current owners to see their books and they refuse. This is the red flag.
Their product is also not what they claim. It is not fat free or even close. It is the same crap you can buy in any ice cream shop and taste not so good.
You will be be spending almost 500,000 dollars although they will tell you it is about 300,000 and after opening you will be making less than a couple of hundred of dollars a day. Plus, they will provide NO ongoing support and say it's because you are not following the system. There is no system!
DO NOT BUY A KIWI KRAZE FRANCHISE. You will be sorry if you do!!!

I am an employee at a Kiwi and have over heard what is really going on. 2 stores are closed ( Coulters in Vaughn and Argle Mall in London). Vaughn store was taken by force By Mark and Ari the owners of Kiwi Kraze. The argyle store was closed because the owners paid Kiwi for building the store and then did not pay the construction company or for the yogurt machines Company. all stores are losing money and the owners lie and bully the store owners. There are several suing Kiwi and more closures coming soon.
The store owners have invested there life savings into the store and are having the money stolen from them by these guys. I am not sure why if the owners paid for everything why these guys can just take it from them. I guess that is why they are all talking to legal people to try and stop them. I really like working at the store and feel sad for the stress my boss is under. I hope the law stops these people and they are punished for what they are doing.
Don't by a Kiwi Kraze - keep your money.

these guys should be run out of town for the things these 2 have done to honest, hard working people. I have been told by someone who works at a Kiwi Kraze that all stores are losing money, there is no support, they are being sued by at least 2 locations so far and more to follow. This Mark guy hides behind being a religious guy but in fact he is a snake. I can only hope that the justice system throws the book at them. I find it sad that in Canada people like this are allowed to operate.
