I haven't used this company because I am so disgusted by the fact that I cannot get them to take my name and address off of their mailing list after repeated requests I don't want anything to do with them. This site has so many complaints about Kiwi -- unbelievable fraud on the part of the company. Please -- if this happens to you -- file a complaint with the state attorney general's office, the BBB, everything so that this company will be shut down. The accounts from ex-employees are the most unbelievable. I don't know how a company survives doing business this way. Report them!

Seriously? Madam. As a former employee of Kiwi Services and an owner of a truck mounted steam cleaning company now, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT FOR $4 A ROOM? Seriously! $4 a room? That doesn't even pay a good technicians wages much less the cost of doing business, running decent machines, having decent chemicals, paying people to answer the phones and ADVERTISING! Come on now! You can't complain, it's $4 a room! We charge $30-$40 per room and people pay it with a SMILE because they know they are getting great service. We have a 30 day guarantee and have NEVER had a complaint. Don't get me wrong, spots have come back and we've come back accordingly but we've NEVER had an unhappy customer or a problem we couldn't solve.
