Kiwiboancaya, Kiwiboancaya.net EDGAR ALFONSO LURITA TUESTA Scam! Alfonso at Kiwiboancaya is a poacher who sells dangerous misidentified ayahuasca! Internet

Warning!  Do no buy ANY materials from this Scammer!  I sent him nearly $600 for some obscure herbs that I purchased through his website Kiwiboancaya.net.  I bank wired the funds over to him as I was instructed to do and my bank confirmed that he got the money in his "Interbank Peru" account in a mere few days.  I then waited 3 weeks to hear from him and when he finally got back to me he offered to send me smokable coca paste, or "Jungle Crack" as he called it with my order to make up for his delayed response.  Not only is this highly illegal, but it was incredibly insulting to be offered crude crack when I originally ordered spiritually healing plants from him.  I instructed him that I would receive no such material with my order, in spite of him insisting that it was the best "high" to be had.

After he finally "sent" the package, the tracking number never updated past Lima.  After waiting for a week of no updates, I personally contacted Lima customs who eventually forwarded me to SUNAT, the Superintendencia Nacional de Administracin Tributaria or National Superintendency of Tax Administration who explained to me that "Alfonso" and his "business" is illegally poaching from the region and illegally shipping his poached goods to anyone who would buy them.  They are already on to him and its only a matter of time before they shut him down.  If anyone is wondering why they never get their packages THIS IS WHY!

I immediately asked him for a refund for the illegally harvested materials he had sold me, he refused and said that he shipped my order and that no refund would be given.  Upon threatening to tell the rest of the world about his illegal business, he said he would not refund, but would re-send.  I wrote him off as a scammer and discontinued all contact with him, partially because I was afraid that I was already implicated in some trouble with SUNAT (an agency in place to stop money laundering) or other governmental agencies for purchasing poached goods. 

3 weeks later, a box arrives at my door which was supposed to contain caapi among other botanicals.  What was labeled as caapi vine was dirty tree branches that looked like they had been sitting in a mud puddle rotting for three weeks and had ABSOLUTELY no semblence to caapi vine on any level.  To be clear, the material that was sent and labeled as caapi vine was rotten tree branches whose cross sections were absolutely not those of caapi vines.  This could have easily poisoned the unwitting person who trusts a poaching crackhead from the jungle to send them their spiritual herbs.

Bottom line- dealing with "Alfonso" from Kiwiboancaya is flat out illegal - so says his own government and you are not only putting yourself at legal risk by dealing with him, but you will very likely receive a box of "who knows what" or worse, materials like coca paste that could have you locked up for a very long time.
