Kixeyes Battle Pirates Battle Pirates, Rip off, Theives Internet

Well i have had this same problem with KIXEYES they banned me 2 times now i let them reset my base the first time and started over, this last time they banned me i started a group tired of KIXEYES http://www.facebook.com/groups/262206310556400/ and there views towards there players. I have well over $500 invested in Battle Pirates for them to ban me for no reason. I ask for my money back they say we do not give refunds. I for one am really tired of being treated like a sheep. Battle Pirates has so many glitches so many errors in it now. I sent KIEXEYEs a message telling them to fix Battle Pirates or delete my account. 2 days later i log on and they have me banned. I ask them why they banned me they tell me its cause they found cheating on my account, so i ask them for the proof of cheating they tell me they dont have to provide that proof. Is this right? how can a company run like this? I would go to the better business bureau but they arnt a member of the BBB. Who do i go to, to find out what options i have on getting my money back. The members of the group i started want to file a class action lawsuit on them but i have no idea how to start it or where to go for information on if we have grounds to file one. We need help, someone please help us
