Kiyoseki Pro Styler Complete RIP OFF New York Internet

I order the Kiyoseki Pro Styler in April of 2007. I had seen the advertisement and thought it would be a great replacement to my old, worn out straightener so I ordered it. About a month later I received a box in the mail of the hair care products that came as part of the package for the straightener and didn't think much of it. Since the hair care products themselves are crap I didn't open the box or even use the products that came with the straightener. A couple months later I received yet another box of the hair care products and knew something had to be up because no one gives all that away for free.

Upon checking my online banking account I see that the company had taken the liberty of charging my account and sending me this crap that I never ordered or wanted. I called the company and spoke to probably the rudest customer service representative I've ever encountered, and she told me that my 60 day money back guarantee had expired and I could send the product back if I wanted but my account would not be credited even though I still had the packaged product and was willing to mail it back.

I didn't realize that a money back guarantee could expire on something I DID NOT EVEN ORDER and I don't care what the rude customer service rep., what an oxymoron, I did not sign up for it and I wouldn't miss something in the ordering process that said they would be charging my account every month for something I didn't want.

In fact, in order to see if it was true or not I went partially through another ordering process of the straightener to see if it said anything about the hair care products being sent and charged to you and it did not. As far as I'm concerned this company stole my credit card information from something I was ordering and applied it to something I didn't want without my authorization. It is the biggest rip off I've ever encountered so BEWARE.
