KJMM Enterprise LLC KJMM BIG RIP OFF ARTIST. I'VE CONTACTED THE ARIZONA ATTORNEYS GENERALS OFFICE Phoenix Arizona

I'm so mad at these guys because they are such smooth talkers.  I'm more mad at myself for not using better judgment. 

 I have been affiliated with this company for over 2 years.  I was ready to cut my losses and just let it go but I got a call from them in June 2009 by a Mr. Tomas James. 

 He told me that my account had a lot of activity and that they had a check for $700.00 waiting for me.  I wanted them to send it to me but he told me how they had a new computer list and that people where making at least 18 sales a month by using there new broker lists. 

Of course it would cost me $2500.00 to have this list for my use for the next year.  I said I want my $700.00 but he insisted that not to worry he would double my first 3 commissions for $700.00 each and they would kick in $700 by taking my first commissions off the top. So with my $700.00 check I would only have to come out of pocket $1000.00. 

I said I can't afford that he ask me "how much can you afford." I told him that I could not do that much. So he told me not to worry just give us the $1000.00 in 2 payment of 500.00 dollars.

Against my better judgment I consented and sent them the money.  They even called me to make sure that the money was there before they took the second payment.  I Know I sound like a sucker but thats just how it is. 

After about one month I try to call to find out how thing were going of course. I  called and called trying to talk to someone, especially Mr. Tomas James and it took me 3 week of constant calling almost every day trying to get a hold of someone.

In mid July I talk to a lady  who told me that Mr. Tomas Jame was out of town and to be patient because they were training new people, but to call back in 3 business days and someone would go over my "File" with me.  I did call back in 3 business days but still had to leave a message.

Finally on July 31 I got a hold of Tony who did go over my "File" with me and to me and said I had over 22 interested companies looking at the software and 5 testing it and one who had been using it for over a month. He assured me that soon they would be closing the deals and sending me a check as soon as they did.  I told him how hard it was to get a hold of them and that they should not keep me in the dark about what going on with my "File".  He told me to call back in two weeks and he would give me a update. 

Well I called them back today. An now I can not even leave a message for them to call me back.  What a mess.  I'm so p-ed off about this whole thing I have spent more than $6000.00 dollar over the last 2 and a half years. Money just wasted on some smooth taking, never realized, made up fairy tail, pie in the sky, Pipe dream, scam.

I am now filling a formal complaint  with the Arizona Attorney's Generals Office.  Don't know if I will ever get any money back but if if you are thinking about joining these guys just one word "DON'T".  If you already have joined you can call that office at 602-542-5763. Much better to go to their web site at http://www.azag.gov/ and file a complaint with them. The more the better.

This is the only way I know to shut these KJMM guys down and maybe make them pay restitution to the people they have scam.
