KJMM Enterprises LLC I got "$0" from the $2,699 I gave them-would not honor their 60 day gaurantee Phoenix Arizona

I received an unsolicited phone call from this company which sells Search Engine Optimization software to small businesses. I paid them $699-$100 off the usual price or $799. For this I was supposed to get a web page that I could advertise with, a work book telling me how to advertise, SEO software for my own website and  2 page mailer for lead generation.

The next day they called me back and told me that if i spent another $2000, I would get 4,000 mailers that they would send out for me, make the follow up phone calls and sell the software for me---I would get a commission equaling my investment in 60 days or I would get my money back.

I never received the SEO  software for my site after many emails and phone calls requesting it. After 60 days I asked for my money back, they said it wasn't that simple because some of the companies they were working with on my behalf were in the middle of their 30 day test cycle and they just couldn't close out my account because of that. I called back when they told me the tests would be finished and no one would return my phone calls or emails.

I opened a case with the BBB of AZ-sent them all of my information including copies of my 60 day money back guarnatee- that was a huge waste of time- nothing was resolved.

I then contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and they basically told me that too much time had elapsed since I made the purchase.

I have contacted the Massacusetts Atty Generals office and the FBI- this company has to be stopped.
