KK Private Lenders Keron Khan, William Scherer, Nicholas Mann, Nichalas Mann, Stacy Lorine Appleby Loan Scam & Fraud Merrick New York

Keron Khan, Nichalas Mann, William Scherer, Stacy Lorine Appleby, and I'm sure others are fraudulent and are conducting a scam. Nicholas Mann stated  in a post on this site that he had received his loan through KK Private Lenders.  It seems quite suspect that "Nickalas Mann" is also the name of the loan originator for KK.  Different spelling of the first name but still quite suspect. 

And after paying over $25,000, I was told my loan would be funded the next day. The next morning I received an email from Mr. Khan,  supposedly to all of their clients,  that they had been hit by the world wide virus and malware and could not complete the loan transaction for 48 hours. It has now been in excess of 120 hours and I still do not have any loan funds. And now cannot get any communication with the group. 

After 18 emails in 1 day, I still could not get an answer as to when funding would take place.  I was told that the "management" didn't like me using the words "SCAM, FRAUD, ATTORNEY, FBI"!!  Well, then fund my loan request since I paid the fees you requested and received!!  I've given every opportunity for there to be communication, to fund my loan, and to refund my money.
