Klassic Karpet $500 deposit was given to them 10/02/18 and I still have not rec'd my carpet and I want my deposit back Harrisburg Ohio

10/02/18 I paid a $500 deposit for carpet to be installed in 2 rooms of my house.  10/24 they came with the wrong carpet. I would not allow them to lay the carpet.  Lori (Office clerk) told me that when I came in to the shop, I ordered the wrong carpet, I was NEVER in the shop. d**k Birchfeild (previous owner) came to my house and measured the carpet and I told him what I wanted.  He ordered the carpet on the 4th of October.

Lori has lied over and over. Every time I call asking about my carpet she tells me Curt will not retrun her calls or texts. She tells me he is in Ironton or Cleveland doing work, and will not answer her.  I told her I wanted my $500 deposit  back and she said she cannot do that. Curt is the ONLY one that can refund the money, but she knows he won't do it. 

November 2nd I talked to Lori and asked what was going on.  She was SHOCKED I was calling, she said me on the schedule and THOUGHT my carpet had been laid.  I asked her how she sleeps at night with all the lying she does!!!!  She said she would call Curt and lo and behold, for the FIRST time in all these weeks he called her back and she told him how mad I was and he said they would lay the carpet the next day 11-3-18.  I told her I did NOT want the carpet, I wanted the money back.

My family has ALWAYS used them for carpet. My dad has rental property and I told him abot Klassic and he used them for all his rentals.  I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I want my money back from them and I will go away..... $500 is alot of money to me.   I ended up ordering carpet from another place and in TWO weeks in was laid and done.

I filed a complaint with the Ohip AG Office as well.
