Klein Electronics Headsetusa BlackBoxRadios PitCrewRacing POOR BUSINESS/NOT ORGANIZED/WILL RIP YOU OFF/DOES NOT HONOR PRODUCT SATISFACTION.... Escondido, California

I bought items from Klien Electronics several months ago. I was told that there Bluetooth for two way radios would work for the type of work that I do. After buying two of the products I was advised by one of the persons I gave it to that there was a delay in the communication part.  For the type of work that we do, it was a life safty issue to us and we could not use it. I was never told that there would be a delay from the beginning. I spoke with Klein Electronics IT guy who told me that the product could not be fixed for what I needed it for. I was simply the wrong part for me and I should have been told this from the beginning. I also bought several Sentry, and Rocket Science 2-wire surveillance microphone kits earlier in the year. I ended up returning all for eather a refund or credit to make it easy for them.

 On April 24, 2009 at 10:36 am I recieved a e-mail from A/R Manager that she spoke with the CEO of the company and he ok'd to swap items for Sentry earpieces that I gave them as an option out of my good heart because thay were giving me such a hard time. RMA #13504. I never recieved a credit or the items that I was told. Thay claimed that I was credit $196.76 on 05/26/09 on my credit card. I checked with my bank and it was a lie and not true. I never recieved the items I returned to them to this day. (2) Jawbones with Blucomm.chargers, (4) Sentry-M3.

On 08/11/09 I recieved a e-mail from Richard Klein who stated, "Sir, there is no refund in progress. You had thrown away the product and asked for a refund" signed Richard Klein. On 08/12/09 I recieved a e-mail from Richard Klein that said, "my name, sorry, that is what that told me what happened. yesterday was "Crazy, and I will check into this with more detail today". This is somthing he should have done before he sent me a e-mail insulting me. On 08/27/09 I recieved a e-mail from Richard Klein, "Got it, thanks. What I did is sent him all the e-mails that I recieved and the communication I have had with Steffane and the IT guy to proove it to him.

On 09/02/09 at 12:33 pm I recieved a e-mail from Richard Klein, "Yes, At this time I don't think we are the best supplier for you, as I cannot find a resolution in this matter that would make you happy".

Till this day 09/30/09 I never heard  from R. Klein or recieved a credit or get a return of all my products. I say this to all.... Don't buy or deal with Klein Electronics, thay will RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!
