Kleritec Inc., Sylmar, CA Rip Off, SCAM! Sylmar California

I have read some of the other complaints about Kleritec that I have seen on the internet, including over 60 complaints listed on the Better Business Bureau website.  We purchased some of the Medistaph products from Kleritec about 2 years ago.  Since our original purchase, we have continued to receive products that we did not order.  When we called Kleritec to ask inquire about the products they shipped we were told that the products were back ordered products from our previous or, from 6 months to 1 year prior.  They also billed us for the products they shipped, that we did not order.  We returned the product at our expense and the company voided the invoice after many phone calls and hours spent trying to resolve the matter.  Our latest encounte with Kleritec took place in November 2013.  A box was delivered to our business with a packing slip for products we did not order.  We called Kleritec to ask why the order was shipped as we have not ordered anything from this company in over 1 year.  They sales rep (don't recall their name), told my boss that the products that were shipped were back ordered items from our previous order.  (BullShit!)  This was a flat out lie.  The invoice is for over $800.00!  The company also shows the order date as 11/15/13, ship date as 11/18/13 and an payment due date of 12/18/13.  I called the company again today, 12/4/13, and spoke with receptionist - Katrina.  I explained to her the reason for my call and I asked to speak with a manager.  She said there was no manager available and someone would have to return my call as they needed to first pull my file before the manager could call me back.  I asked her for the supervisor ot managers name and Katrina could only give me the name of Kirk.  She said she did not know the manager's last name.  Hard to believe this as true.  I asked if I could speak with a sales rep., and she said that she did not know who the right sales rep is and that there were no sales reps avaialable.  Even more difficult to believe.  I will attempt to contact a manager again.  I am still waitnig for anyone from this company to return my phone call.  I would recommend buying product from another company, a reputable company.
