I hired this company to do a series of simple interviews in NYC. 

At first they seemed very professional and nice.

After some weeks they finally delivered the footage and it was terrible, the quality was so low, not even high school film club standards. 

It had so many errors that was unbeliavable that a production house that market themselves as professionals would do something like that, audio not monitored, so it was impossible to understand what people was saying, footage out of focus, people talking with the microphone receiver in their hand, etc. 

When I complained they wouldn't want to give me a refund and they even said that the quality standards of the footage they provided was good, which of course, even for amateur film makers this footage was unacceptable, so we went on an online arbitration services (net-ARB) where we exposed the case to a neutral arbitrator and submited evidence. 

After almost 3 weeks of arbitration, the arbitrator decided that the company, Klickpicks should refund me, because of the poor quality, to the date this company hasn't refunded me, and they kept trying to defend their "quality". 

To anyone looking for a production house in NYC, I am sure there are a lot of options, real profesional production houses with competent, trustworthy and professional people, don't use Klickpicks.
