I was approached as I came home by a salesman "named" John. I tried to be nice and politely tell him that I wasn't interested. He kept going with the salespitch and I eventually gave in.

Long story short...I mailed in my cancellation notice the next day (September 23rd). It would have made it to the company within the 3 day cancellation period. The receipt says that you will receive your money within 30 business days. Still waiting! I emailed them a month ago (plus I left a message on their voice mail-to which no one ever returned my phone call)~~they emailed me back saying they received my cancellation and my money would be sent on Nov. 17th. Still haven't received it. Any explanation to that, "Mike"? I followed "your" terms of business, why can't you?
